Ložionica is a centre for the creative industries and innovation that opened in October 2025 inside a restored 1920s railway locomotive depot near Mostarska petlja. The 23,200 square metre complex holds coworking areas, meeting rooms, workshops, exhibition halls and a large event space, with an adjoining annex whose offices are used by tech startups and the state IT and eGovernment office. Its programme runs to conferences, residencies, panels and training sessions, and the site is open to the public every day.
