Miljakovački vinogradi bb, 11090 Beograd
Miljakovačka šuma is an approximately 85-hectare forest park above the Miljakovac neighbourhood in Rakovica, protected as a natural monument since 2010. Its oak, ash and beech woodland supports rich bird life and is laced with walking and cycling trails and equipped picnic areas. Tucked behind southern Belgrade's industrial edge, it is a quieter local nature escape.

Known as 'Belgrade's Sea,' Ada Ciganlija is a former river island on the Sava transformed into a 4-kilometre peninsula lake. It is the city's most beloved recreational area, drawing millions of visitors each summer for swimming, kayaking, cycling, bungee jumping, tennis, and beach volleyball. ParklarAvala, Beograd
A forested 511 metre hill about 16 km south of the center, a protected natural area and classic day-trip picnic spot. Its slopes hold Ivan Meštrović's Monument to the Unknown Hero and the 205 metre Avala Tower, whose cafe and viewpoint survey the whole city. Springs, marked trails and dense woods make it popular for hiking.

Banjička šuma, also called Bajfordova šuma, is a roughly 40-hectare forest park stretching about 2.3 km along Bulevar oslobođenja in Voždovac. Protected as a natural monument, it is valued especially for its bird life and serves as a green buffer between busy neighbourhoods. Trails through the trees are used for walking, running and cycling.

Founded in 1874, this is the botanical garden of the University of Belgrade, containing over 1,300 plant species across an open-air park, a Japanese garden, and a stunning Victorian-style greenhouse built in 1892. The greenhouse shelters approximately 1,000 tropical, subtropical, and Mediterranean species. A peaceful green oasis in the heart of the city. Open daily 10:00–17:00.
