The Student Cultural Centre occupies the former Officers' Club building on Kralja Milana street and has been a fixture of Belgrade's student and alternative culture for decades. Its two exhibition spaces, Galerija SKC and Srećna galerija, show contemporary art, photography, design and comics, including the International Comics Salon, whose 22nd edition runs from October to November 2026. Concerts, talks, theatre and film screenings fill the rest of the programme.
