Topčiderski park in Savski Venac is the oldest landscaped park in Serbia, created in the 1830s during the reign of Prince Miloš Obrenović. Its roughly 13 hectares centre on the Residence of Prince Miloš (Konak) and include one of Europe's oldest and largest London plane trees. The park is a cultural monument of exceptional importance and a long-standing favourite for quiet strolls.

Park Manjež

Park Manjež is one of Belgrade's oldest city parks, occupying about 2.6 hectares in Savski Venac near the National Assembly and the Yugoslav Drama Theatre. Its name recalls the military riding ground (manège) that once stood here before it was landscaped from the 1920s. Mature trees, flower beds, benches and a playground make it a central green oasis.

The oldest park in Belgrade, located 5 km south of the city centre next to the upscale Dedinje neighbourhood. Covering over 111,000 square metres and declared a natural monument, Topčider features magnificent plane trees, the Residence of Prince Miloš (19th-century interiors), and peaceful landscaped gardens. Accessible via tram line 3 from the city centre.

Known as 'Belgrade's Sea,' Ada Ciganlija is a former river island on the Sava transformed into a 4-kilometre peninsula lake. It is the city's most beloved recreational area, drawing millions of visitors each summer for swimming, kayaking, cycling, bungee jumping, tennis, and beach volleyball. Restaurants, cafés, and sports facilities line both shores.
