Tickets for EXPO 2027 Belgrade are not on sale yet. The event runs from 15 May to 15 August 2027 at the new exhibition site in Surčin, and the organiser has not published any prices. A printing contract signed in August 2026 shows the first ticket types: one-day and three-day tickets, plus forms for physical box offices. This page covers what is known, what is not, and how to buy safely once sales open.

Are Expo 2027 tickets on sale?
No, not as of 22 September 2026. The official Expo 2027 website has no tickets page, and its FAQ does not mention tickets. We also found no Serbian media report that sales have started.
The 15 September 2026 date that gets repeated comes from a tender to print the tickets, not from a sales announcement. According to B92's report on the tender, the first batch of printed tickets was due on 14 September 2026 so that sales could begin the next day. That was a production deadline. The organiser has not confirmed a launch, so be careful with any site that says "sales open since 15 September".
What we know: one-day and three-day tickets
The clearest information comes from the printing contract, reported by N1 on 18 August 2026. The contract went to the state printer Zavod za izradu novčanica i kovanog novca in Topčider, the institute that prints Serbia's banknotes. It covers:
- One-day tickets: 1,000,000
- Three-day tickets: 200,000
- Blank forms for physical sales points and box offices: 800,000
- First delivery: 160,000 one-day and 40,000 three-day tickets
The tickets will carry a watermark, a hologram, a QR code and UV elements, according to the same report and B92's coverage of the contract.
From that contract, a few points are clear:
- A three-day ticket is planned. So far, this is the only multi-day product that appears in any document. How the three days work (consecutive or any three days) has not been announced.
- Physical sales points are planned. The 800,000 blank forms are meant for box offices and sales points, which suggests you will be able to buy tickets in person, not only online. Where those points will be located has not been announced.
- The contract does not describe everything. It is a printing order, so it says nothing about e-tickets, mobile tickets, season passes or group tickets. Those may or may not exist.
Ticket prices: not yet announced
No official price has been announced for any Expo 2027 ticket. Searching for "expo 2027 tickets price" or "expo 2027 cena ulaznice" turns up figures on some sites, but none of them come from the organiser, EXPO 2027 d.o.o. Beograd.
One number in the news is easy to misread. The printing contract is worth RSD 38.2 million excluding VAT, and that is what the organiser pays the printer to produce the tickets. It does not tell you what a ticket will cost.
When prices are published, we will add them here with the date and a link to the official source. Until then, the only accurate answer to "how much is an Expo 2027 ticket?" is that nobody outside the organiser knows.

Where to buy safely
The only official website is expobelgrade2027.org. Several other sites use "expo", "2027", "Belgrade" or "Serbia" in their domain names. Some are unofficial travel guides, and they are not run by the organiser. None of them can sell you a ticket on the organiser's behalf unless the official site says so.
When sales open, do these things:
- Type the address yourself, or use a link from the official Expo site. Do not rely on search ads or links shared in messages.
- Check the domain before you enter card details. It should be expobelgrade2027.org, or a sales partner named on the official site.
- Be wary of anyone selling tickets before the organiser announces a launch, or offering a price that the official site does not show.
- Avoid buying from individuals on social media or resale groups. A QR code can be copied, and a screenshot of a ticket may already have been used.
- Keep your confirmation email and receipt until after your visit.
If a site claims tickets are on sale today, compare it with the official site. If the official site does not mention sales, the other site is not selling official tickets.
Past Expos as a guide
This section is a comparison, not a forecast. Earlier Expos are sometimes used to guess what Belgrade will offer, and some travel sites suggest single-day, multi-day and season passes on that basis. For Belgrade, the only ticket types in any document we have seen are one-day and three-day tickets. We do not quote past Expo prices here: Expo 2027 is a Specialised Expo, smaller than a World Expo, and it will set prices for its own market.
The practical advice is simpler. Wait until the official site publishes both the prices and the sales channels, and buy only there.
Tips: when to go and how to plan
The organiser expects more than 4 million visits over the 93 days. A report by RTS in May 2026 estimated around 60,000 visitors a day on weekdays and around 120,000 on weekends. That estimate is not official, but it does point one way: go on a weekday if you can.
- Weekdays over weekends. The estimate suggests weekends could be twice as busy.
- Heat. The Expo runs through June, July and August. Our guide to the best time to visit Belgrade covers what summer in the city is like.
- Getting there. The site is in Surčin, near Nikola Tesla Airport. A new railway and electric buses are planned but not yet running. See how to get to Expo 2027 for the current status.
- Accommodation. Belgrade is expected to need more hotel rooms than it has during the Expo, so you can book a room before tickets go on sale. Our guide on where to stay for Expo 2027 compares areas by transport link.
- Visas. No special Expo visa has been announced. Check whether you need a visa for Serbia.
- The rest of your trip. Belgrade's summer calendar goes beyond the Expo. Browse upcoming events in Belgrade to plan the days around your visit.
Frequently asked questions
When do Expo 2027 tickets go on sale?

Only expobelgrade2027.org. Other domains that use "expo" and "2027" are unofficial and are not run by the organiser.
