Opened in 1977 in the Senjak neighbourhood, this is the only museum in Serbia devoted exclusively to the art and cultures of Africa. Its holdings, based on the collection of diplomats Veda and Zdravko Pečar, focus on West African masks, sculpture and everyday objects. The building itself is a work of modernist architecture.

A public history museum on a 3.2-hectare park containing three buildings, including the House of Flowers — the mausoleum of Josip Broz Tito and his wife Jovanka. Over 200,000 exhibits chronicle 20th-century Yugoslav history through personal belongings, medals, diplomatic gifts, and artworks. Free entry on the first Thursday of each month. Open Tue–Sun 10:00–18:00.

Run by Serbian Railways, this museum on Nemanjina occupies the ground floor of the former Railway Directorate building near the main station. Its collection of over 40,000 items includes locomotive models, uniforms, signalling equipment and a royal saloon car. It opened in 1950 and also keeps a specialised archive and library.

A princely residence in Topčider Park built between 1831 and 1834 for Prince Miloš Obrenović, combining Ottoman interiors with classical façade elements. Since 1954 it has housed a museum on the First Serbian Uprising and the Serbian Revolution, run by the Historical Museum of Serbia. The grounds hold a plane tree over 160 years old.

Part of the Royal Compound in Dedinje, the White Palace was built in the 1930s in a neo-Palladian style for the Karađorđević dynasty. Its interiors house paintings by masters such as Rembrandt, Poussin and Canaletto, along with period furniture. It can be visited only by guided tour, usually on weekends.
