ICT Hub is a coworking space and startup hub on Kralja Milana street in central Belgrade, with a second location at Trg Nikole Pasica. Impact Hub Belgrade is a coworking space and community for entrepreneurs and social innovators, set in the historic former Radio Belgrade building on Makedonska street. The roughly 550 square-meter space spans two levels with a gallery event space, meeting rooms, phone booths, a terrace and a shared kitchen. It is part of the global Impact Hub network and hosts regular community events.

In Centar occupies a spot on Cara Lazara street, a minute from Knez Mihailova, and combines a coworking space with business-support services like company registration and virtual office addresses. Coworking is available on daily, weekly or monthly plans, with three meeting rooms and high-speed Wi-Fi. It is geared toward entrepreneurs and startups setting up in Belgrade as much as remote workers passing through.

A design-focused coworking space and creative incubator at Gavrila Principa 43 on the edge of Savamala. The reconstructed studio offers flexible desks, private offices, event space and a small urban garden and terrace. It has been a hub for young designers, architects and freelancers since 2012.

OfficeMe operates a coworking and instant-office location inside the Sava Business Center in New Belgrade, with roughly 76 open-plan desks, dozens of private offices and six conference rooms across the building. Access is card-controlled around the clock, and the site has on-site parking. It is one of several OfficeMe locations in Belgrade aimed at freelancers, small teams and companies needing a fast setup without extra investment.

OUR Hub runs a plug-and-play coworking and office location in the Banovo Brdo neighborhood of Čukarica, with a roughly 95 square meter open office fully furnished and ready to move into. Rent is all-inclusive, covering heating, electricity, internet, cleaning and security. It is one of several OUR Hub addresses around Belgrade, including locations in the city center and New Belgrade.

Papergirl Galerija Hub combines a gallery, cafe and coworking space on Kralja Milana street, close to Slavija. The community leans toward creative freelancers, photographers, architects and writers, and the venue regularly hosts exhibitions, workshops and meetups alongside daily desk use. It has a more informal, living-room feel than the city's corporate serviced offices.

Polygon runs several coworking locations around central Belgrade, with its Kozara street address in Savski Venac offering flexible desks, private offices and meeting rooms alongside 24/7 access. Plans range from single day passes to monthly private offices, with fast Wi-Fi and unlimited coffee included throughout. Some of its other locations add extras like a private courtyard with a swimming pool.

Described as Serbia's first coworking space, on the second floor at Knez Mihailova 33 overlooking the main pedestrian street. It provides around 85 desks, private offices, meeting rooms and virtual-office and business services on flexible terms. The central location suits freelancers, start-ups and small teams.

Startit Centar Beograd has run one of Serbia's original coworking spaces since 2015, set in a 400 square meter space on Savska street across from the main railway station. It offers around 25 desks, two meeting rooms, a terrace and 24/7 access, and today also hosts the Startit AI Hub community. The space is pet-friendly and includes free coffee for members.

The Office Belgrade runs a coworking location on Studentski Trg, steps from Knez Mihailova and Kalemegdan, with hot desks, dedicated desks and meeting rooms available around the clock. The site advertises gigabit internet and also offers virtual office and company-registration address services. It is one of three Office Belgrade locations, alongside sites in Vračar and at Trg Nikole Pašića.

The Place occupies part of the GTC X office tower in New Belgrade, with a shared coworking area of around 35 desks alongside private offices for larger teams. Members get access to meeting rooms, several kitchens, terraces and phone booths, plus 24/7 entry and underground parking. It is positioned as a premium option, with a dedicated desk priced around 290 euros a month.

We Share runs a large coworking and serviced office location on Bulevar Mihajla Pupina in New Belgrade, with more than 1,200 square meters of open desks and private offices furnished with Steelcase furniture. The space is accessible 24/7 and includes meeting rooms, reception and parking. It is part of a wider We Share network with several locations across Belgrade and in Novi Sad.

Work Space One operates out of the Green Heart complex in New Belgrade, combining around 34 private offices with an open coworking area, meeting rooms and a relaxation zone. Staffed reception runs on weekdays, while members can access the space 24/7. It also runs a second, newer location in the Progres Palace on Knez Mihailova in the old town.
