Park Manjež is one of Belgrade's oldest city parks, occupying about 2.6 hectares in Savski Venac near the National Assembly and the Yugoslav Drama Theatre. Its name recalls the military riding ground (manège) that once stood here before it was landscaped from the 1920s. Mature trees, flower beds, benches and a playground make it a central green oasis.
