A ramen counter that opened in the city centre in autumn 2025, run by the team behind the Bife bar in the same building on Maršala Birjuzova. Three bowls are served, miso, yuzu and tantanmen, all built on a chicken paitan broth simmered for more than six hours. The kitchen makes around 120 bowls a day on a first come, first served basis, and opens Thursday to Sunday.
