About
Park Ćirila i Metodija, known to most locals as Park kod Vuka, is a triangular 1.15-hectare park at the Vukov spomenik junction, framed by Ruzveltova, Kraljice Marije and Bulevar kralja Aleksandra. Its first conifers and a playground were planted in 1906, and it was redesigned in the early 1930s, when it took its current name. The 1937 monument to language reformer Vuk Karadžić stands at the entrance, joined by statues of Saints Cyril and Methodius (2006) and Alexander Pushkin (2009). The technical faculties and the underground Vukov spomenik railway station are right beside it.
