Concerts and shows at Sava Centar are listed on the venue's Blue Hall (Plava dvorana) events page. The only way into that hall is the ceremonial entrance on Vladimira Popovića Street, not the doors on Milentija Popovića. Sava Centar does not sell tickets itself. You buy them from Ticket Vision (tickets.rs) or eFinity (efinity.rs), online or at their offices inside the building. The hall has 4,050 seats. Many bus lines serve the "Sava centar" stop, and the car park charges RSD 200 per started hour after the first 20 free minutes (checked on 1 November 2026).
Where Sava Centar is and which entrance to use
Sava Centar is a large congress, business and concert complex in the business district of Novi Beograd, at Milentija Popovića 9. Its official English site calls it Sava Center. The building has three large entrances: the Congress Zone and the Business Zone entrances are on Milentija Popovića Street, while the Blue Hall has its own ceremonial entrance on Vladimira Popovića Street.
This matters on a concert night. The official FAQ says entry to the Blue Hall is possible only through the ceremonial entrance from Vladimira Popovića Street, and every Blue Hall event page we checked on savacentar.rs repeats the same note. If a map or taxi app drops you at the Milentija Popovića side, plan a few extra minutes to walk round to Vladimira Popovića. The Blue Hall page links to a map of the entrances and parking.
If you are curious about the building itself, our guide to Belgrade's brutalist and Yugoslav-era architecture covers its history. You can also find it in our directory under Sava Centar.
The Blue Hall: capacity and seating
The Blue Hall is the main hall of Sava Centar and, according to the venue, has 4,050 seats. It has a ground floor (parter), a balcony and seats in lodges, and it is used for concerts, film premieres, theatre and ballet, as well as large congresses. The venue links it with the FEST, BEMUS and BITEF festivals.
Sava Centar does not publish a general seating plan on its own site. Its FAQ says that detailed seat maps are available on the ticket sellers' websites when you buy, where you can see which seats are free and pick one. Price categories depend on the event: for example, the Goca Tržan concert on 4 November 2026 was sold in categories from the balcony to premium parter seats and VIP lodges, according to the event page on savacentar.rs.
The hall was renovated as part of a wider reconstruction of Sava Centar. Delta Holding took over the complex in 2020, and N1 reported on 2 September 2024 that the renovated Blue Hall was ready for events, with capacity raised by 400 seats to 4,050.
Buying tickets
Sava Centar does not sell tickets and is not the organiser of the events held there. Its FAQ names two authorised ticket providers for the Blue Hall, depending on the event:
- Ticket Vision, online at tickets.rs and at its sales points
- eFinity, online at efinity.rs and at its sales points
Not every event is sold by both. Each event page on savacentar.rs has a link to the seller for that show, so start there if you are unsure. Prices, discounts, refunds and exchanges are handled by the ticket providers, not by Sava Centar.
You can also buy in person inside the building. Ticket Vision and eFinity have ticket offices in the business part of Sava Centar, in the footbridge between the Crowne Plaza Hotel and Sava Centar. The venue does not list their opening hours.

Getting there by public transport
On 1 November 2026, we checked the timetables on bgprevoz.rs, the city's Secretariat for Public Transport. These lines listed a stop called "Sava centar" in both directions:
- 7A (Blok 45, Milutina Milankovića, Blok 45) and 9A (Blok 45, Trg Slavija, Blok 45)
- 17 (Konjarnik to Zemun, Gornji grad) and 18 (Medaković 3 to Zemun, Bačka)
- 35 (Novi Beograd, Blok 20 to Lešće cemetery)
- 70 (Bežanijska kosa to IKEA) and 74 (Bežanijska kosa to Mirijevo 3)
- 88 (Zemun, Kej oslobođenja to Novi Železnik)
- 95 (Novi Beograd, Blok 45 to Borča 3)
- 601 (Beograd na vodi to Surčin)
- E6 (Mirijevo 4 to Novi Beograd, Blok 45)
Line 27E (Novi Beograd, Blok 20 to Mirijevo 4) stops at a stop named "Vladimira Popovića", the same street as the Blue Hall entrance.
About the trams: the Sava Centar parking page lists E1, E6 and 9A as tram lines. On bgprevoz.rs, 9A is a bus line and E6 is an E line. We found no line E1, and none of the tram lines listed the Sava centar stop on the day we checked. Routes change, so check bgprevoz.rs or a journey planner on the day. Our Belgrade public transport guide explains how the network and fares work.
Parking at Sava Centar
The Sava Centar car park surrounds the whole complex. When we checked on 1 November 2026, the venue's parking page said:
- Spaces: 950.
- Hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with no time limit.
- Price: the first 20 minutes are free, then RSD 200 for each started hour. There are no daily tickets.
- Access: the page says the car park can be entered from four main streets but names three: Milentija Popovića Street, Bulevar Arsenija Čarnojevića and Bulevar Zorana Đinđića.
- Electric cars: 16 chargers, reached from Milentija Popovića Street and Bulevar Zorana Đinđića.
- Security: the whole area is under video surveillance, but Sava Centar says it is not responsible for damage to or loss from vehicles.
The page does not say which payment methods are accepted. For parking zones and driving elsewhere in the city, see our guide to driving in Belgrade.
Accessibility
Sava Centar's accessibility policy says the building has ramps, lifts with sound and visual signals, and adapted toilets. There are marked parking spaces for people with disabilities close to the main entrances. Trained assistants are available at the entrances and information desks, and wheelchairs and other mobility aids can be provided on request. Sign language interpreters can be arranged for certain events if visitors ask.
The policy does not describe wheelchair spaces or companion seats in the Blue Hall. If you need one, contact Sava Centar at info@savacentar.rs and the ticket seller for your event before you buy.
Doors, cloakroom, bags and food
Sava Centar does not publish door opening times for Blue Hall events. Event pages give a start time. Goca Tržan on 4 November and Uriah Heep on 10 November 2026 are both listed for 20:00, but the pages do not say when doors open. Check your ticket or the organiser's announcements.
The FAQ says only that Sava Centar applies "standardized entry and security rules". We found no published rules on the cloakroom, bag sizes or bringing food and drink, so ask the organiser if this matters to you.
The Business Zone has cafes and restaurants, including Cafeteria, Dolly Bell and Cosmos book cafe, as well as a Lidl supermarket, a DM shop, a pharmacy and an exchange office. Their opening hours are not listed on the FAQ page.
