Belgrade's biggest indoor concert hall is officially called Beogradska arena (Belgrade Arena). Until April 2024 it carried the sponsor name Štark Arena, and some ticket sites still use that name. The hall is at Bulevar Arsenija Čarnojevića 58 in New Belgrade, with several city bus lines stopping close by and the Novi Beograd suburban rail station nearby. The arena says doors open 1 to 2 hours before the start, food and drink from outside are confiscated at the entrance, and once you leave, your ticket is no longer valid.
Belgrade Arena or Štark Arena?
The two names refer to the same building. Its original name is Beogradska arena, and its last sponsor name was Štark Arena. On 3 April 2024 Aleksandar Šapić, then head of the city's provisional authority, announced that the sponsor sign was coming down as the contract expired and that the hall was officially Beogradska arena again, according to Telegraf's report. The arena's own event pages call the venue "Arena Beograd". In our directory it is listed as Beogradska Arena.
Upcoming concerts at the arena
Our events calendar listed these concerts at Beogradska arena when we checked on 1 November 2026:
- 13 November 2026: Pitbull: I'm Back Tour, sold on efinity.rs.
- 19 November 2026: Andre Rieu and the Johann Strauss Orchestra, sold on tickets.rs and andrerieu.com.
- 28 and 29 November 2026: Jakov Jozinović: Ja za čuda letim (28 November) and Jakov Jozinović (29 November). Both were moved from 24 and 25 October 2026, and tickets already bought are valid for the new dates.
- 10 December 2026: Miroslav Ilić, sold on tickets.rs.
- 16 December 2026: SMAK.
For everything else in town that month, see the November 2026 events calendar. The arena also hosts EuroLeague basketball. If you are going to a Red Star or Partizan game rather than a concert, our guide to the Eternal Derby and basketball tickets covers club sales and the box office, while this page focuses on concerts.
Buying tickets: official sellers only
The arena's ticket page says that online sales and reservations follow the organiser's instructions, and asks you to read the event description for how to buy. In practice each event page on arenabeograd.com names the seller. When we checked on 1 November 2026:
- tickets.rs for Miroslav Ilić, Andre Rieu (also andrerieu.com) and Jakov Jozinović. For the moved Jakov Jozinović dates, refund requests go to kontakt@tickets.rs.
- efinity.rs for Pitbull. The arena's event page also mentions an artist presale through pitbullmusic.com and VIP packages through vipnation.eu.
Arena concerts such as Pitbull also turn up on foreign resale sites. These sites are not named by the arena or the organiser. Under the arena's ticket conditions, a ticket is valid only for its date, event, sector and seat, and only if it is complete, with the stub carrying the barcode that registers one entry. That means a ticket that has already been scanned will not work. Buy from the seller named on the event page.
The ticket conditions on the arena site also say:
- There is no refund if you are removed for breaking the rules or misusing a ticket.
- If an event is cancelled, refunds follow the organiser's procedure. Costs such as travel or hotels are not refunded if an event is cancelled or moved.
- Children up to 3 years old get in free but have no seat of their own and sit on a parent's lap.

How to get to Beogradska arena
Bus and suburban train
The arena's home page lists these lines (checked 1 November 2026):
- Buses passing right by the arena: 17, 18, 67, 68, 74, 88 and 601. The arena's FAQ page gives 70 instead of 68 in this list.
- Buses a short walk away: 16, 65, 68, 71, 75, 94 and 95.
- Trams the arena lists as relatively close: 7, 9 and 11.
- Suburban rail: the Novi Beograd station of the BG Voz suburban railway is near the arena.
We checked all the bus numbers above in the official bgprevoz.rs timetable list on 1 November 2026. Tram services have changed. Because of the removal of the Old Sava Bridge, trams 7 and 9 have run since 2 November 2024 as 7L and 9L over the Ada Bridge (Most na Adi), with a temporary bus 9A covering part of the old route, and the city's notice runs until 2 September 2027. Tram 11 did not appear in the timetable list when we checked. Look up your line on bgprevoz.rs current changes before you set off. For how the network and fares work, see our Belgrade public transport guide.
Car and parking
According to the arena's parking page, the parking areas are:
- Ring around the arena: 107 places for VIP box holders, disabled visitors, staff and event services.
- South side, with barrier: next to the motorway, 497 places on two levels.
- South side, without barrier: 157 places for cars and 20 for coaches, plus 10 coach places on the west side.
The arena's ticket page says parking tickets can be bought at the car park itself before the event, if parking is planned for that event. The arena does not publish parking prices. For parking zones elsewhere in the city and the CarGo-or-taxi question, read our guide to driving, parking and taxis in Belgrade.
Entrances, levels and seats
The arena's seating page describes the main hall as six levels with a capacity of about 18,000, depending on the event. On a concert night, the points that matter are:
- Level 100, the floor (parter): for concerts the floor measures 78 m by 50 m and holds up to 2,000 seated or 5,000 standing spectators.
- Level 200, entry and lower stands: you come in here. There are 24 entrances on the north and south sides with turnstiles and X-ray scanners. The 16 exits are on the east and west sides. This level has the two box offices (north and south), shops, 4 food and drink outlets, a first aid room and toilets. The lower stands have 3,376 fixed seats and 4,916 seats on telescopic stands.
- Level 300, boxes: 70 boxes with 860 seats in total, reached by a wooden staircase from level 200 or by lift from level 100.
- Level 400, upper stands: 9,090 seats, reached from level 200 by 4 escalators or 16 concrete stair approaches. There are 4 shops, 4 food and drink outlets and toilets on this level.
The arena does not publish a sector map with sector letters or numbers on its website. The layout changes with each stage set-up, so check the hall plan on the seller's page when you choose seats. Your ticket shows the sector and seat, and it is valid only for those.
Doors, security and the house rules
According to the arena's ticket page, entry on the day is possible 1 to 2 hours before the start, depending on the type of event. Individual event pages usually give only the start time. If you have a standing ticket for the floor and want a spot near the stage, arrive when the doors open.
Everyone shows their bags at the entrance. The arena's house rules and important information page list what you cannot bring in:
- food and drink of any kind, alcoholic or not (unless you can document a medical reason); only food and drink bought inside may be consumed
- bottles (glass or plastic), cans, boxes and other packaging, pressurised containers and glass
- umbrellas and parasols, and bulky items or luggage that could be a safety risk
- spray perfume or deodorant, binoculars, medicines, open flames and pyrotechnics
- professional photo, video and audio equipment unless registered with the arena or organiser in advance; amateur cameras are allowed
- weapons, knives and scissors, drugs, and political or propaganda material
- animals, except guide dogs with prior approval from the arena
Security can also ask you to hand over loose coins and lighters. The rules ban "inappropriate clothing", naming shorts, slippers and beachwear. The arena gives no bag size limit, and it advises against bringing valuables, as it is not responsible for lost items.
Other rules:
- No re-entry: the ticket conditions say your ticket stops being valid once you leave the venue.
- Smoking: banned inside. There are marked, fenced smoking areas on the terraces on the north and south sides.
- Alcohol: sold only to over-18s, only at events where alcohol is allowed, and not at events aimed at under-18s or at sports events.
- Cash: an ATM outside the north box office works 24 hours, and another is in the north hall by the main entrances.
Accessibility: wheelchair places and entrance 107
Wheelchair users and visitors with prams use entrance 107 on the north side, which has a ramp and lifts. Level 200 has four platforms for wheelchair users with chairs for companions, reached by lift from entrance 107.
Places are booked through the arena's accessibility (OSI) page:
- Register a new account on arenabeograd.com. Accounts from before the arena's platform change no longer work.
- Upload a valid disability document. Personal ID cards and personal photos are not accepted as proof.
- Applications open three weeks before each event, separately from general ticket sales. The event appears in your account when it opens.
- Registered users get four free visits a year. After that, one ticket covers the wheelchair user and a companion.
- The list of approved names goes to security at entrance 107 before the event.
- For EuroLeague and ABA League basketball, apply to the clubs instead: osi@kkcrvenazvezda.rs (Red Star) and tickets@partizan.basketball (Partizan).
Guide dogs need prior approval from the arena. The ring car park next to the building includes places for disabled visitors. If you have questions, write to info@arenabeograd.com.
Food, drink and hotels nearby
Inside the hall there are 8 food and drink outlets, 4 on level 200 and 4 on level 400, and you may only consume what you buy there. The arena's FAQ names four hotels close by: Hyatt Regency Belgrade, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn and Hotel IN. If you arrive early in good weather, Park Ušće in New Belgrade is a place for a walk before the show.
Getting home after the concert
A full hall holds about 18,000 people, and everyone leaves through the exits on the east and west sides. Your options:
- Night buses: lines marked "N" in the bgprevoz.rs timetable list run at night, many of them from Trg Republike, Studentski trg and Slavija. Check your night line and its stop before the concert.
- Taxis: licensed Belgrade taxis carry an identification windscreen sticker issued by the city, according to the city's taxi information page. Complaints about taxi drivers go to the traffic inspectorate (Saobraćajna inspekcija) on 011/3227-000. If you take a taxi on the street, look for that sticker. Our driving and taxi guide compares the options.
- Walking: the arena is in New Belgrade, across the Sava from the old town, so walking back to the centre means crossing a bridge. Plan your route before you go.
Frequently asked questions
Is Belgrade Arena the same as Štark Arena?

From the seller the organiser names on the event's page at arenabeograd.com. For the concerts listed in November and December 2026 that is tickets.rs or efinity.rs. Tickets from resale sites are not named by the arena or organiser, and a ticket is only valid if it is complete with its barcode stub.
Can I bring a bag or water into Beogradska arena?
