About
Čuburski park is a 7-hectare neighbourhood park in Vračar, bounded by Maksima Gorkog, Orlovića Pavla, Cara Nikolaja II and Čuburska streets near the Vračar craft centre (Zanatski centar). It was laid out in the mid-1960s on land once crossed by the Čubura stream, and has three playgrounds, a dog park, a skate park, a basketball court and a seasonal funfair. A monument to writer Petar Kočić stands here, along with Beogradski čitač, a bronze of a girl reading on a swing unveiled in 2015.
